Corporate governance is the real guarantor of resilience in the face of these upheavals by proposing a new organizational form within the company and building new relationships between stakeholders. Following the primacy of ecological constraints, sustainable development constitutes a new paradigm and a new framework of analyses and prospections for economic and social actors. The aim of this research is to show the close link between cyclical changes and the corporate governance system. The paper also addresses specific questions about the appropriate governance model and the means to achieve it. The methodological approach adopted is purely theoretical around the governance systems of productive units. Our work postulates that the integrated model would enable us to overcome the ecological crisis through responsible, sustainable and even global governance and through corporate social responsibility.

Industrializing countries like Morocco seek to avoid specialization on the sole basis of major differences and dependence on exports of raw materials or basic products. To increase the purchasing power of exports, it is necessary to develop its logistics specialization, especially in industry, to produce goods with higher added value, thus bringing the country into the game of industrial exchanges of small differences. The Dakhla Oued Eddahab region has a geostrategic position in terms of trade relations between Europe and Africa, but also America. This position is favorable to its industrial specialization and therefore to its enhanced participation of the region in world trade. How can a region by integrating logistics innovation improve its participation in trade? Through a documentary study and an observation of the statistical and cartographic data of the region, our paper is to propose some perspectives of logistics innovation for the region of Dakhla Oued Eddahab for its participation in international trade.
Mohamed ELKANDILI Mounya TOMAS Aziz BABOUNIA Copyright (c) 2022 International Journal of Research in Business Management and Economics 2022-11-06 2022-11-06 1 1 Education and agricultural technology adoption: Evidence from rural India
In previous studies, it is clearly explained that agricultural productivity is directly related to the adoption of
technology. The adoption of technologies is in turn influenced by the education of individuals. Thus, this
article aims to analyze education impact on the adoption of new agricultural technologies in rural India.
Using data from the India Human Development Survey (IHDS) 2011-2012 (Desai and Vanneman, 2015)
collected from 42,152 households across all states and union territories in India, we estimate these effects
through chi-square test and binary logistics model. The results of the estimates show that when a farmer is
educated, the likelihood of adopting a new farm technology increases by 3.37 %. But the effect of education
is still heterogeneous. Indeed, when the farmer lives in a rural area, the probability of adopting new
technology is 3.30 %. The results also show that if the farmer lives in an urban area, the probability of
adopting new technology is 6.12 %. Finally, other factors are also important and enable farmers to adopt
new technologies. These are farm insurance and access to farm credit, which increase the likelihood of
adopting new agricultural technology by 10 % and 4.83 % respectively.
Zinsou Daniel NAKOU Dieudonné Marc GNANHO Serge Francis SIMEN NANA Copyright (c) 2022 International Journal of Research in Business Management and Economics 2022-11-06 2022-11-06 1 1
